Make sure that the date and time settings on your device are correct
To get started with a new device, you must first install the drivers for it. Contact the device vendor to get the drivers
After the first installation is complete, reboot the system to let the system changes take effect

Activation Issues

If you get CURL(35) , SSL handshake errors during activation, use the manual license activation link: https://cognitive.3divi.com/nuitrack/manual_activation/
To activate any Nuitrack license - cognitive.3divi.com should be accessible from you network (only web-based ports 80/443 are used, so no additional firewall configuration is usually needed)
- If you have any issues connecting to default IP address, which cognitive.3divi.com resolved to - you could use a fallback server (34.38.174.82) through a hosts file (its location depends on the OS)
